We are a small specialist travel agency offering a higher level of service and a much wider range of options than any ABTA agent or tour operator. Because we do not supply pre-arranged package tours we cannot be a member of ABTA or AITO or their bonding schemes. The North Sea ferry operators, airlines and Norwegian accommodation agencies are all covered by guarantee schemes to protect your advance payments.

Generally we operate on the basis of mutual trust and in a way which minimises any financial risk to our customers. We require only a small deposit and supply tickets etc. very soon after receiving final payments. We have been trading as a small family business, not a limited company, for more than fifteen years and we assure you that your holiday arrangements will be handled in an honest and straightforward manner. Our aim is for you to book with us again.

If you are concerned about the security of payments to us we recommend you pay with a credit card. This will automatically provide you with a guarantee of a refund in case of insolvency. We accept payment with Visa or Mastercard credit cards, subject to a surcharge of 2% .
